Abstract

Diplomová práce ,,Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci zaměstnanců Městské policie hlavního města Prahy" se zaměřuje na současný stav nastaveného systému Bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v návaznosti na pracovní úrazy zaměstnanců Městské policie hlavního města Prahy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje Městskou policii hlavního města Prahy z pohledu organizace se zvýšenými riziky na zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Zabývá se vývojem organizace od historie až po současnost, včetně legislativního zajištění a pracovního obsazení. Definuje základní pojmy a zákonné požadavky v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Popisuje současný stav systému zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a soustředí se na klíčová rizika v oblasti osobní bezpečnosti při výkonu služby a práce zaměstnanců Městské policie hlavního města Prahy v souvislosti s pracovními úrazy. Vedle hlavního cíle jsou zde stanoveny i dílčí cíle, které pramení ze samotné podstaty postupu zpracování diplomové práce. Počínaje prostudováním literárních pramenů, stanovením právního rámce a vytyčením práv a povinností zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Významnou úlohu celé práce pak podtrhuje zvolená metoda výzkumu pro celkový pohled na vybranou problematiku. Podstatou praktické části diplomové práce je na základě získaných poznatků pomocí SWOT analýzy vyhodnotit současný stav zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci zaměstnanců Městské policie hlavního města Prahy v oblasti pracovních úrazů. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení účinnosti současného procesu a vytvoření návrhů na zlepšení ochrany zaměstnanců v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci.

The diploma thesis "Security and Health Safety at Work of Employees of the Municipal Police of the Capital City of Prague" focuses on the current state of the H&S system in a connection with the work injuries of employees of the Municipal police of the capital city of Prague. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the Municipal police of the capital city of Prague in terms of an organization with increased risks to ensuring the security and health safety at work. It deals with the development of the organization from history to the present, including legislative provision and occupation. It defines the basic terms and legal requirements in the field of the H&S. It describes the current state of ensuring the H&S and focuses on the key risks in the area of personal safety in the line of duty and employees work of the Municipal police of the capital city of Prague in a connection with the work accidents. In addition to the main objective, there are also set secondary objectives, which result from the very nature of the thesis elaboration process. Starting with studying the literary sources, setting the legal framework and defining the rights and duties of the employer and employee in the field of security and health safety at work. An important role of the whole work then underlines the chosen research method for an overall view of the selected issue. The core of the practical part of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current state of the BOZP of employees of the Municipal police of the capital city of Prague in the field of work accidents based on the SWOT analysis results. The output of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the current process and to make proposals to improve the protection of the employees in the area of the H&S.
