Předmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika nejčastějších svalových dysbalancí u pozemních hokejistů a návrh kompenzačních cvičení. Cílem práce je na základě vstupních vyšetření zhodnocení nejčastějších svalových dysbalancí u skupiny vrcholových a rekreačních hráčů pozemního hokeje a následný návrh vhodných kompenzačních cvičení k jejich pozitivnímu ovlivnění a minimalizaci individuálních potíží probandů. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o pozemním hokeji, funkčních poruchách pohybového aparátu a funkci hlubokého stabilizačního systému a o kompenzačních cvičeních. Dále ukázky terapeutických jednotek a výstupní vyšetření probandů. This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the most common muscular imbalances with field hockey players and proposes compensation exercises. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the most common muscle imbalances in top and recreational field hockey players based on initial examinations. Next, the thesis suggests appropriate compensation exercises to positively influence and minimize individual problems of research participants. The theoretical part provides basic overview of field hockey, functional disorders of the locomotor system, functions of the deep stabilization system and compensation exercises. The methodology briefly describes the examination and therapeutic procedures used in the Bachelor's thesis. A special part of the thesis consists of six case studies of research participants from the recreational and top group of players. The criteria for selecting the participants included more than five-year experience with field hockey on various levels and age between 20 and 25 years. The case studies include an initial examination of the participants. Based on these examinations, I prepared a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan for the top and recreational group of players. Furthermore, it also contains samples of therapeutic units and the initial examinations of the participants. The conclusion of the thesis assesses the results of the initial examinations of the top and recreational group of players and also the therapy results. These results were then compared and contrasted with foreign literature.
