Kazuistika rehabilitační péče u pacienta s poruchou autistického spektra v předškolním věku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a možnostmi rehabilitace dětského pacienta s poruchou autistického spektra. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí: současný stav, metodologie a speciální část. Kapitola současný stav na základě literární rešerše shrnuje základní poznatky o problematice poruch autistického spektra. Zaměřuje se na klasifikaci, etiopatogenezi, projevy, diagnostiku a terapii poruch autistického spektra. Dále se dotýká historického vývoje přístupů a postojů společnosti, vývoji poruchy v jednotlivých věkových obdobích dítěte a v neposlední řadě problematiky péče o tyto děti. Dále jsou uvedeny základní doporučení a strategie při práci s těmito dětmi a zmínka o mentální retardaci, která převážnou část poruch autistického spektra provází. Kapitola metodologie zahrnuje popis pracoviště, ve kterém probíhaly jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. Dále jsou zde uvedeny všechny vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody využívané ve speciální části práce. Speciální část práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Součástí kapitoly je anamnéza, výpis ze zdravotnické dokumentace pacienta, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření. Na základě výsledků těchto vyšetření byl sestaven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Dále jsou zde uvedeny a popsány jednotlivé individuální terapeutické jednotky, které byly zaměřeny na deficity vyplývající z diagnózy porucha autistického spektra. Závěrem jsou uvedeny dosažené výsledky a zhodnoceny zvolené terapeutické postupy.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issues and options of rehabilitating a child patient with an autism spectrum disorder. The paper is divided into three main parts: current situation, methodology, and a special part. The chapter dealing with the current state summarizes basic knowledge regarding the issue of the autism spectre disorders based on literary research. It focuses on the classification, etiopathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis and therapy of the autism spectre disorders. Further on, it deals with the historical development of approaches and attitudes in the society, the development of the disorder in the individual age periods of the child, and last but not least the issues of taking care of these children. The chapter continues with stating basic recommendations and strategies for working with these children and mentioning mental retardation, which accompanies a majority of the autism spectrum disorders. The chapter dealing with methodology describes the working site in which the individual therapeutic units took place. Further on, it lists all the examination and therapeutic methods used in the special part of the paper. The special part is elaborated in the form of a case study. The chapter consists of a medical history, abstract from the patient's medical documents, entry and discharge examinations. Based on the results of these examinations, a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan has been compiled. The chapter further lists and describes the individual therapeutic units focusing on the deficits ensuing from the autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. The paper is concluded with stating the achieved results and evaluating the selected therapeutic procedures.
