Modernizace hotelu se zaměřením na stavební fyziku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá modernizací Hotelu Zlatý potok v obci Kounov v podhůří Orlických hor. Jedná se zejména o úpravu morálně zastaralých prostor objektu, návrh stavebních úprav z hlediska stavební fyziky a návrh nové přístavby nad společenským sálem z důvodu zvýšení kapacity hotelových pokojů. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení a posouzení stávajícího stavu objektu z hlediska jednorozměrného šíření tepla. Navržení nových skladeb u nevyhovujících konstrukcí na doporučené hodnoty součinitele prostupu tepla a navržení dispozičních úprav objektu, které budou vyhovovat dnešním poměrům. Dále posuzuji a ověřuji nově navržené úpravy místností z hlediska denního osvětlení a proslunění. Vybrané dělící konstrukce posuzuji z hlediska zvukově izolačních vlastností a ve společenském sále se zabývám prostorovou akustikou. Součástí diplomové práce je zakreslení stávajícího stavu objektu, výkresová dokumentace nově navrhovaného stavu a koncept technického zařízení budovy.

This thesis deals with the modernization of Zlatý Potok Hotel located in the village of Kounov at the foothills of the Orlické hory mountains. In particular, the modernization involves renovation of the outdated premises and proposed construction works from the point of view of building physics; further, an extension above the community hall is presented in order to increase the capacity of hotel rooms. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of the building in terms of one-dimensional heat conduction, present a new composition for nonconforming constructions to meet the recommended heat transfer coefficients and propose modifications to the current layout that would satisfy the current requirements. The thesis also assesses and tests the new room modifications in terms of daylight and sunlight. Selected partition walls are evaluated from the point of view of sound insulation characteristics; room acoustics is examined in the community hall. Part of the thesis is dedicated to drawings showing the current state of the building and drawings of the proposed modifications. Finally, the thesis includes a layout of the technical equipment of the building.
