Plán BOZP pro objekt ´Residence La Crone´

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním plánu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (dále jen plán BOZP) pro stavbu bytového komplexu s názvem Residence La Crone. Tento plán BOZP je zpracován podle nové legislativní úpravy, která již taxativně ukládá koordinátorovi BOZP povinnost vypracovat jednotlivé konkrétní požadavky dané právními předpisy. Jedním z těchto bodů je také požadavek na řešení bezpečné údržby stavby ve fázi jejího užívání. A právě udržovacím pracím stavby se věnuje podstatná část práce. Konkrétně se pak dále zaměřuje na užívání plochých střech bez provozu. Jednotlivé požadavky na zajištění bezpečné práce na staveništi ale také bezpečné údržby ve fázi užívání stavby jsou doplněny fotografiemi s konkrétními řešeními ze stavební praxe autora. Zde pak jsou, kromě jednotlivých požadavků, shrnuta i vhodná doporučení a řešení.

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of the occupational safety and health plan (hereinafter the OSH Plan) for the construction of a residential complex called Residence La Crone. This OSH plan is elaborated in accordance with the new legislative regulation, which already obligatively obliges the OSH coordinator to elaborate the requirements stipulated by the legal regulations. One of these points is also the requirement to deal with the safe maintenance of the construction in its use phase. So large part of the work is dedicated to the maintenance work. Specifically, it focuses on the use of flat roofs without operation. The individual requirements for safe work on the construction site as well as for safe maintenance during the construction use phase are complemented by photos with concrete solutions from the author's construction practice. Here, apart from the individual requirements, the recommendations and solutions are summarized.
