Vícekriteriální analýza v podniku a tvorba modelu v MS Excel

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vícekriteriálním rozhodováním ve firmě. Cílem této práce je návrh, tvorba a analýza vybraných modelů řešení v prostředí Microsoft Excel. První část bakalářské práce je částí teoretickou. Obsahuje úvod do vícekriteriálního rozhodování a metody vícekriteriální analýzy. Část druhá je částí praktickou, kde jsou definovány kritéria a varianty a tvorba samotného modelu. Hlavním přínosem práce je zhodnocení a srovnání vybraných metod za pomoci funkční aplikace, která je softwarovým nástrojem pro řešení definovaného problému v rámci podnikového řízení.

The bachelor thesis deals with multi-criteria decision in the company. The aim of this work is the design, creation and analysis of selected models of the solution with the Microsoft Excel environment. The first part of bachelor thesis is a theoretical part. It contains an introduction to multi-criteria decision and multicriteria analysis methods. The second part is the practical part where they are defined criteria and variants and creation of the model itself. The main contribution of this work is the evaluation and comparison of methods for using a functional application which is a software tool to solve a defined problem in the context of corporate governance.
