Agilní řízení projektu s důrazem na online aktivity

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat přínosy agilního projektového řízení zejména s ohledem pro online aktivity a zvážit případné nevýhody takového přístupu. Výstupem práce bude soubor doporučení, kterými je možné zvýšit efektivnost týmu pracujícího podle agilních metodik. Součástí doporučení bude také identifikace rizik v případě využití agilních principů. V rámci teoretické části je rozebrána teorie projektového řízení v tradičním pojetí a srovnána s agilními přístupy a metodami. Zároveň jsou zde uvedeny software pro podporu agilního řízení. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika konkrétního podniku s jednotlivými agilními metodikami, jejich použitím a zhodnocením, zda jsou tyto metody využívány vhodně. Součástí je také soubor doporučení pro novou implementaci agilního řízení v dalších firmách.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the impacts and the benefits of the agile project management implementation primarily considering the online activities. The drawback of such implementation should be also considered in this work. List of recommendations for increasing the effectivity of the team when working agile shall be one of the results of this thesis, while the identification of the risks once agile methodologies are in process will be also mentioned. The conventional project management theory is discussed in the theoretical part. Comparison between agile methodologies and traditional ones follows. In this part there are also mentioned some of the common used software tools for agile management. The practical part of the thesis contains characteristics of selected company and agile methods this company uses, as well as consideration, whether the company uses those methods in a effective way. Finally the recommendations for new implementation of agile methods in other companies are listed.
