Opatření pro hrubou stavbu v zimním období

Abstract

V této práci je řešena problematika výstavby v zimním období a náklady s tím spojenými. V první části práce jsou uvedeny způsoby a opatření, které umožní výstavbu v zimním období včetně popisu rizik a dále je uvedeno správné skladování stavebního materiálu při nízkých teplotách. V druhé části práce je následně problém řešen výběrem opatření pro konkrétní stavbu. Pro tento případ jsou pak vypočteny navýšené náklady včetně snížené výkonností pracovníků. Výsledek tohoto výpočtu je pak porovnán s náklady stavby mimo zimní období, a tím se zjistí, o kolik procent se navýší cena na provedení stavby.

In this work, the issues of construction in the winter time and costs associated with this. In the first part the ways and measures that will allow construction in winter season, including a description of the risks and indicated the proper storage of building materials at low temperatures. The second part is then solved the problem by choosing measures for specific construction. For this case are then calculated the increased costs, including reduced staff performance. The result of this calculation is then compared with the cost of construction outside the winter season, and thus determines the percentage will increase the price for building construction. .
