Podniková etika při řízení lidských zdrojů

Abstract

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem dodržování podnikové etiky při řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti, která je anonymizována právě z důvodu vybraného tématu. V teoretické části se zabývám základními pojmy, jako co je etika a jaký je rozdíl mezi eti-kou a morálkou. Co obnáší pojem řízení lidských zdrojů a co je cílem. V praktické části formou dotazníku řeším, zdali se podniková etika dodržuje, jestli etické kodexy ve firmě existují a jsou s nimi všichni seznámeni a na závěr zjišťuji, zdali se firma zapojuje do spo-lečenské odpovědnosti firem. Vše toto doplním polo strukturovaným rozhovorem s vedoucím tohoto oddělení. V závěru této práce bude hodnocení současné situace a na-vrhnuta opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení daného problému.

My bachelor thesis deals with the problem of respect for ethics in human resources ma-nagement in a company that is anonymized precisely because of the chosen theme. In the theoretical part I deal with the basic concepts as ethics and the difference between ethics and morals. What is involved in the concept of human resource management and what is the aim. In the practical part I deal in the form of a questionnaire whether the business ethics is kept, whether ethical codes exist in the company and everyone is familiar with them and in the end I find out whether the company is involved in corporate social respon-sibility. I will complete all of this with a semi-structured interview with the head of this department. In conclusition of my thesis there is the evaluation of the current situation and suggested measures that will lead to the improvement of the problem.
