Analýza regulační energie

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá regulační energií v rámci České republiky. V první části je vysvětlen princip regulační energie a k čemu se používá. Následně jsou popsány jednotlivé způsoby obstarávání regulační energie: podpůrné služby a jejich nabízení na trhu, vyrovnávací trh, regulační energie ze zahraničí. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na různé možnosti provozu paroplynové elektrárny. Na základě citlivostních analýz jsem porovnal jednotlivé možnosti poskytování energie silové, tak i regulační. Tyto analýzy například ukazují, při jaké ceně silové energie je výdělečné provozovat tento typ elektrárny, nebo zda je lepší se zaměřit pouze na poskytování podpůrných služeb.

This thesis is about the electricity balancing in the Czech Republic. The first part explains the principle of the electricity balancing and its use. Subsequently, there are described different ways of obtaining the balancing energy: the ancillary services and theirs market, the market with balancing energy and the balancing energy from abroad. In the practical part I focused on the various possibilities of operation of the gas combined cycle power plant. To compare the possibilities of offering energy I did sensitivity analyses. For example, these analyses show the profitability during various price of energy in this power plant or if is better focus on the ancillary services.
