Efektivita řízení změn ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza komunikace ve společnosti BauPoint s.r.o. V teoretické části je věnována pozornost komunikaci v rámci dynamického prostředí stavebního podniku včetně formálních a neformálních metod. Jsou přezkoumány sociální a technické aspekty systémů řízení informací s důrazem na stavbu. Dále je přezkoumána role vrcholového managementu v rámci projektů a je zmíněna důležitost klienta. Dále jsou zde podrobně popsány jednotlivé příčiny a dopady změn v investičních projektech a rozdíl mezi změnou a přepracováním. V praktické části je provedena kvalitativní analýza komunikace, jakožto médium pro efektivní řízení změn v projektech.

The bachelor thesis is the analysis of communication in BauPoint s.r.o. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to communication within the dynamic environment of the construction enterprise, including formal and informal methods. The social and technical aspects of information management systems with an emphasis on construction are examined. In addition, the role of senior management in projects is reviewed and the importance of the client is mentioned. In addition, the individual causes and effects of changes in investment projects and the difference between change and redrafting are described in detail. In the practical part, a qualitative analysis of communication is performed as a medium for effective change management in projects.
