Stavebně technologický projekt - MŠ Kamechy, Výběr nášlapných vrstev podlah pro realizaci stavby veřejné zakázky MŠ Kamechy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce řeší stavebně technologický projekt veřejné zakázky novostavby mateřské školky Kamechy v Brně. Autor se v práci zabývá stavebně technologickou přípravou stavby včetně prostorové, technologické a časové struktury plánování. Práce obsahuje posouzení správnosti a úplnosti projektové dokumentace, schéma postupu výstavby, návrh zdvihacího prostředku, rozbor dopravních procesů, rozborový list, technologický normál, harmonogram, časoprostorový graf včetně nasazení lidí a rozhodujících strojů, výkresy zařízení staveniště včetně technické zprávy a dimenzování a technologický předpis nášlapné podlahy. Dále byla řešena problematika výběru nespecifikovaných nášlapných vrstev podlah v projektové dokumentaci veřejné zakázky MŠ Kamechy formou seminární práce. Cílem autora bylo navrhnout optimální řešení výstavby objektu z hlediska času, financí, nasazení pracovníků a strojů.

This bachelor thesis solves the construction and technological project of public contract of the new building of Kamechy kindergartens in Brno. The author deals with construction technological preparation of the building including spatial, technological and time structure of planning. The work includes the assessment of the correctness and completeness of the project documentation, the diagram of the construction procedure, the design of the lifting device, the analysis of the transport processes, the analysis sheet, the technological standard, the schedule, the time-space graphs including the deployment of people and the decisive machines, the drawings of the construction site equipment including the technical report and technological prescription of top layers of floors. Also this work was dealt with the problem of selection of unspecified top layers of floor in the project documentation of the public contract MŠ Kamechy in the form of seminar work. The author's objective was to propose an optimal solution for the construction of the building in terms of time, finance, staffing and machinery.
