Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou formulace a řízení budoucích problémů při organizaci svateb v prostorech Hotelu Paříž v Praze. Potenciální problémy jsou v práci analyzovány pomocí metodiky vytvořené dvojicí Američanů Charlese H. Kepnera a Benjamina B. Tregoea. Úvodní kapitola teoretické části se v obecné rovině věnuje managementu rizika a riziku samotnému. Druhá část teoretické části se věnuje specifikům analýzy potenciálních problémů a příležitostí. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní analýzu managementu rizika při organizaci svateb v Hotelu Paříž Praha. Cílem a přínosem práce je podrobná analýza současného stavu, tvorba registru rizik a navržení vhodných opatření pro hrozby i příležitosti.

The bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of formulation and control of future problems during the organization of weddings in areas of Hotel Paris in Prague. Potential problems are analysed using the methodology of two American scientists Charles H. Kepner and Benjamin B. Tregoe. The opening chapter of the theoretical part is focused on risk management and risk itself in general. The second part of the theoretical part is devoted to the specifics of the Potential Problem and Opportunity Analysis. The practical part is focused on analysing the risk management in the hotel during organising weddings. The aim and benefits of the thesis is to create a detailed analysis of the current situation, to create a register of risk and to propose appropriate precautions for threats and opportunities.
