územní analýza města Sedlec-Prčice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část textovou a grafickou. Pro zpracování textové části je vycházeno z metodiky ÚAP Sedlčany. V této části jsou popisovány podklady pro rozbor udržitelného rozvoje území, vlastní rozbor včetně SWOT analýz, pro všechny tří pilíře této analýzy (enviromentální, sociální a hospodářský) a analýza sídelní zeleně v území. Součástí textové části je také fotodokumentace města. Grafická část obsahuje výkresovou dokumentaci obce dle metodiky ÚAP a pasport sídelní zeleně. Obsahuje tyto grafické výstupy: Výkres širších vztahů, výkres funkčního využití území, výkres dopravní infrastruktury, výkres technické infrastruktury, výkres záměrů, hodnot a limitů využití území a výkres pasportu sídelní zeleně.

Bachelor thesis is divided into text and graphics. The processing of the text part is based on the methodology of the ÚAP Sedlčany. This part describes the bases for the analysis of the sustainable development of the territory, its own analysis including SWOT analyzes, all three pillars of this analysis (environmental, social and economic) and analysis of the settlement greenery in the area. Part of the text part is also a photo-documentation of the city. The graphic part contains the drawings of the village according to the methodology of the ÚAP and the pasport of the settlement green. It contains the following graphical outputs: Drawing of wider relations, drawing of the functional use of the territory, drawing of the transport infrastructure, drawing of the technical infrastructure, drawing of plans, values and limits of the use of the territory and drawing of the greenery passport.
