Vzdělávání pracovníků ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Obecným cílem práce je popis teoretických poznatků. Dílčím cílem práce je popis vzdělávacího systému ve vybrané společnosti a spokojenosti zaměstnanců se vzděláváním. V teoretické části se zabývá definicí základních termínů vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců, systematickým vzděláváním a jeho jednotlivými kroky. Na základě teoretických poznatků byl v praktické části proveden výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření doplněného rozhovorem. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit nedostatky ve vzdělávacím systému společnosti, zda jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni a navrhnout možné zlepšení.

This bachelor thesis is about issues of education of employees in the company. The main objective of the thesis is to describe theoretical findings. The sub-objective goal of the thesis is to describe educational system in a chosen company and employee sati-sfaction with education. The theoretical part is addressing the definition of basic terms in education and development of employees, systematic education and its individual steps. The practical part that is based on the theoretical findings includes a research in the form of a questionnaire survey completed by an interview. The goal of the research was to find the deficiencies in the educational system in the company, if the employees are satisfied and suggest possible improvement.
