Posouzení a návrh rekonstrukce uhelny

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá podzemním betonovým objektem bývalé uhelny a tvoří ji posouzení stávající konstrukce uhelny a návrh rekonstrukce uhelny. První část práce zahrnuje stavebně-technický průzkum stávající konstrukce, statický posudek stávající konstrukce a ekonomické vyhodnocení vhodného způsobu rekonstrukce. Tato část práce popisuje a hodnotí, v jakém stavu se jednotlivé konstrukční prvky nacházejí a posuzuje je z hlediska únosnosti. Ekonomické vyhodnocení analyzuje finanční náklady na rekonstrukce objektu. Na základě této analýzy je zvolená výhodnější a efektivnější varianta rekonstrukce. Druhá část práce řeší návrh rekonstrukce uhelny - demolici stávající konstrukce a návrh nové konstrukce sloužící jako podzemní garáž. Návrh je zpracován a popsán ve statickém výpočtu a technické zprávě. Při posuzování a navrhování byl použit výpočetní software SCIA Engineer 16.0, ve kterém byl vytvořen prostorový statický model a tabulkový editor, ve kterém byly navrhnuty a posouzeny jednotlivé konstrukční prvky. Textová část práce je doplněna výkresovou dokumentací stávajícího stavu a výkresovou dokumentací nově navržené konstrukce.

This Master Thesis deals with underground concrete object of a former coal house and consists of the current state assessment and the design of its reconstruction. First part contains the construction-technical research of the current state, structural assessment of current state and economic evaluation of a suitable way of reconstruction. This part of thesis describes and evaluates what is the present state of individual construction features and evaluates their bearing capacity. Economical evaluation analyses financial costs of reconstruction. Based on this analysis a more suitable and more effective type of reconstruction can be suggested. Second part of the document deals with the design of reconstruction of this coal house - demolition of the existing construction and the design of a new construction serving as the underground garage. The design is described in structural analysis and technical report. To assess and design I used the SCIA Engineer 16.0 software where a 3D structural model was created and a chart editor where individual construction features were designed and assessed. Another part of my thesis is a drawing documentation of the current state and of the newly designed construction.
