This master's thesis deals with spatially variant imaging system modeling and subsequent reconstruction of this blurred image. Point spread functions used for blurring and reconstruction are created by using Zernike polynomials, which can model various optical aberrations. The theoretical part begins with a short problem description of spatially invariant and variant imaging systems. Afterwards the text describes SVOLA method for spatially variant blur simulation and also methods for spatially variant deconvolution (deblurring). The practical part is dedicated to our experiment, where spatially variant blur was simulated and then the image was reconstructed by using selected algorithms. As result, we have obtained performance comparision of these algorithms using objective measures.
