Návrh rekonstrukce vybraných MVN v povodí Vltavy

Abstract

Cílem této práce je shrnutí současného technického stavu tří vybraných malých vodních nádrží (MVN). Zjištěné problémy jsou charakterizovány a jsou navržena možná řešení v rámci jednotlivých vodních děl (VD), i v rámci celé skupiny. Při řešení vycházím převážně z posudků bezpečnosti na jednotlivých dílech a z vědomostí a zkušeností, které jsem dosud k dané problematice nabyl. V práci jsou jednotlivým možnostem přiřazeny priority dle různých kritérií, na základě čehož vzniklo několik možností, jak může být s VD naloženo. Výsledkem této práce je doporučení následujícího postupu ve věci znovuuvedení MVN do vhodného technického stavu.

The aim of this thesis is to review the current technical conditions of three selected small water reservoirs (SWR). The problems with the technical state of the SWRs are identified and characterized and possible solutions within the individual water structures (WS) as well as throughout the whole group are proposed. These solutions are based primarily on the safety assessments at the individual structures and on the author's knowledge of and experience in this issue. Each option is prioritized according to various criteria, which creates several possibilities as to the future work with the WSs. The results of the thesis are the recommendation on the subsequent procedure leading to reestablishment of the appropriate technical condition of the SWRs.
