Prezentační dovednosti personálních manažerů ve vybraných podnicích

Abstract

Práce pojednává o výuce prezentačních dovedností a do jaké míry tyto dovednosti ovládají personální manažeři ve vybraných podnicích. Hlavní zaměření práce je na přípravu obsahu a formy prezentace, dále na působení prezentujícího na publikum a jeho možnosti ovlivnit úspěch prezentace. Praktická část analyzuje rozhovory s personálními manažery, ve vybraných podnicích. Rozhovory zkoumají úroveň přípravy manažerů a jejich současný způsob prezentace. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučení personálním manažerům, pro zlepšení jejich dovedností.

The topics of this work are teaching of presentation skills and the extent of abilities of personnel managers from selected companies to use these skills. The work focuses mainly on the preparation of the content and form of the presentation. Further on the effect of the presenter on the audience and his possibilities how to affect the success of the presentation. In the practical part, interviews with personnel managers from selected companies are analysed. These interviews examine the amount of preparation of the managers and their current method of presenting. In the conclusion of the work, there is a recommendation for the personnel managers how to improve their skills.
