Odměňování pracovníků a zaměstnanecké benefity

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci je věnována pozornost předvším systému odměňování, metodám odměňování pracovníků a zaměstnaneckým benefitům. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy dané problematiky, dále je v práci popsána motivace, pracovní motivace a stimulace. V praktické části je analyzován současný systém odměňování v konkrétní firmě za pomoci empirického šetření a poté následovalo doporučení na zlepšení systému.

In this bachelor thesis attention is devoted to the remuneration system, methods of reward of employees and employee's benefits. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts in this issue, the thesis describes motivation, work motivation and stimulation. In the practical part the remuneration systém of a chosen company is analyzed through an empirical research and the thesis includes recommendation for modifications within this system.
