Vliv firemní kultury na motivaci zaměstnanců

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou firemní kultury a jejím vlivem na motivaci zaměstnanců. V teoretické části bakalářské práce dochází k vymezení základních pojmů, které jsou následně využívány v navazující empirické části. Je proto klíčové tyto pojmy definovat. Aby byl vhled do problematiky firemní kultury a motivace ucelený, je práce v její teoretické části zaměřena na stěžejní teorie a poznatky z problematiky firemní kultury a motivace a snaží se poukázat na jejich vzájemné propojení. Součástí práce je také terénní šetření, které bylo provedeno technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s personální manažerkou podniku, v němž je empirická část práce zpracována a také byl sběr cenných dat proveden technikou dotazníkového šetření, které bylo uskutečněno ve spolupráci se zaměstnanci podniku. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit povědomí a vnímání firemní kultury v podniku a také, zda má kultura konkrétního podniku vliv na motivaci zaměstnanců, v něm zaměstnaných.

This Bachelor work is dealing with the corporate culture and with its influence on employee motivation. The theoretical part of the work is focused on a definition of corporate culture and motivation. In this part there are definitions of basic concepts which are used in the following empirical part and that is the reason why it's necessary to define these issues To provide comprehensive preview to the issue of corporate culture and motivaton is the theroretical part of this work focused on the main theories and findings in a corporate culture and motivation issue. Component of this work is also a field research which was realized by the technique of semi-standardized interview with the personal manager of the company where is this empirical part of this work realized and the second part of this field research was realized by a technique of a questionnaire which was realized in cooperation with employees of the company. The aim of this research was find out the knowledge and perception of corporate culture and also to find out if the corporate culture has an influence on employees motivation.
