Oceňování projektových prací dopravních staveb

Abstract

Cílem práce je ocenění projektových prací třech vzorových dopravních staveb a jejich porovnání s reálnou cenou. Na základě sazebníku UNIKA a publikace Výkony a honoráře architektů, inženýrů a techniků činných ve výstavbě bude zpracováno ocenění projektových prací jednak podle hodinových sazeb a také podle doporučených nabídkových cen, zjištěných na základě rozpočtu staveb. V závěru práce bude vypracováno porovnání a vyhodnocení ocenění projektových prací s odborným odhadem a srovnání sazebníku UNIKA a Výkonového a honorářového řádu s realitou.

The aim is evaluation of project works of three samples in transportation engineering and comparison these evaluations with a real price. Evaluation will be made on the basis of tariff UNIKA and publication Performances and fees for architects, engineers and technicians active in construction. This evaluation of sample works uses method of evaluation by hourly rates and the recommended bid prices obtained on the basis of budget structures. At the conclusion of master's thesis will be made the comparison and the evaluation of the pricing of project work with an expert estimate and comparison of tariff UNIKA and Performances and fees regulations with reality.
