Studie využití informačního modelu pro facility management FSv ČVUT v Praze

Abstract

Tématem práce je využití informačního modelu ve Facility managementu. V první části práce je popsána problematika Facility managementu, oblasti, kterými se zabývá a nástroje, které jsou ve Facility managementu využívány. V další části práce je charakterizována problematika informačního modelování a přenosu dat mezi jednotlivými fázemi výstavbového projektu. V poslední části práce jsou tyto informace aplikovány na správu areálu Fakulty stavební ČVUT. Je popsán současný systém řízení a správy areálu, způsob archivace dat a jsou definovány požadavky na funkce a výstupy případného implementovaného CAFM systému. Dále je zpracováno procesní schéma postupu implementace a návrh postupu pro vytvoření BIM modelu. V závěru je doporučen konkrétní CAFM systém, který vyhovuje požadavkům vedení fakulty.

The subject of the thesis is the usability of information model in Facility management. In the first part of the thesis the problems of Facility management are described, including the areas that are managed by Facility management and the tools that are used. In the next part, the problems of information modeling are described, especially the difficulties of handing the data between different phases of the construction process. This information is then applied on the administration of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. Current system of administration and the data archiving is described. The requirements of the outputs and the functions of CAFM system are defined. The process scheme of implementation of the CAFM system is created and the procedure of creating the BIM model is defined. In the final part of the thesis concrete CAFM system is recommended to fit the requirements of the faculty's management.
