Energetický management měst a obcí

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma Energetický management měst a obcí se zabývá energetickým managementem měst a obcí v jižních Čechách. V literární rešerši je popsána problematika energetického managementu, průkaz energetické náročnosti budov, energetické audity a vývoj legislativy v oblasti energetického managementu a hospodaření energií. Aplikační část se zabývá především energetickým managementem měst České Budějovice a Strakonice. Uskutečnily se rozhovory s energetiky měst na téma Energetický management jejich města. Ze získaných informací z dotazníkového šetření jsou v závěru práce popsána doporučení, která by pomohla kvalitnějšímu přístupu Energetického managementu měst a obcí v ČR.

The diploma thesis of energy management on the topic of municipalities is concerned with the energy management of cities and towns in South Bohemia. The literature review describes the problems of energy management, energy performance certificate of buildings, energy audits and the development of legislation in the field of energy management and energy management. The application part is mainly engaged in energy management towns in the České Budějovice and Strakonice. There were conducted interviews with the energy of cities on the theme of energy management of their city. The information obtained from the questionnaire investigation are described at the end of the work of the recommendation, which would help to improve the management of the energy management of the municipalities in the Czech Republic.
