Klasifikace energeticky úsporných opatření a verifikace návratnosti investice do vybrané metody rekonstrukce rodinného domu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je výběr ekonomicky a energeticky nejvýhodnější metody rekonstrukce rodinného domu. Práce obsahuje základní teoretické informace týkající se energeticky úsporných opatření stávajících rodinných domů, popis metodického postupu a následné praktické řešení. U konkrétního rodinného domu klasifikuji stavební opatření s použitím různých materiálů a technologií a vybraná opatření následně energeticky a ekonomicky hodnotím. Ekonomicky jsou zhodnoceny investice do opatření bez dotace a s dotací z programu Nová zelená úsporám. Výsledkem práce je doporučení nejvhodnější metody rekonstrukce.

The goal of this thesis is the selection of the most useful methods of a family house reconstruction from the economic and energetic perspective. The thesis contains basic theoretical information about the energy-saving measures of present family houses, description of methodology and an example of a practical solution. I provide a classification of the construction measures using various materials and technologies on an existing family house. On the selected measures, the economic and energetic evaluation is performed. The economic evaluation is based on investments using and not using the grant of the New Green Savings Programme. The result of the thesis is a recommendation of the most suitable reconstruction method.
