Přístup pro zrakově postižené osoby na mezinárodním letišti

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na bezbariérový a bezpečný pohyb nevidomých a zrakově postižených osob po letištním přednádraží. Definuje, analyzuje a navrhuje úpravy jednotlivých stavebních, akustických a kontrastních prvků společně s uličním vybavením, jež se nacházejí v přednádraží terminálů mezinárodního Letiště Václava Havla Praha (LKPR). Kapitoly tohoto dokumentu popisují druhy a klasifikace jednotlivých zrakových postižení, podrobně definují prvky určené pro bezbariérový pohyb zrakově znevýhodněných osob po přednádraží terminálů, práce zmiňuje také právní oblast, která shrnuje vyhlášky, normy a zákony, zabývající se touto problematikou. V hlavní části pak tento text obsahuje analýzu dopravního uzlu mezi leteckou a veřejnou hromadnou dopravou, tedy letiště. Poté navazuje výčet úprav, které jsou ve shodě s legislativou, a vše je graficky vyobrazeno na technických výkresech. Analýza i následné navrhované změny jsou uskutečněny na přednádraží letištních terminálů Letiště Václava Havla Praha (LKPR), určených k odbavení cestujících.

Aim of this thesis is to analyze safe and obstacle free movement for the persons with reduced mobility, sightless and visually impaired around the airport. In this thesis we define and analyze possible changes and improvements in different structural, acoustic and staining contrasts along with outer equipment in the street, which can be found at the terminal´s outer lots at Vaclav Havel Airport Prague (LKPR). The first chapter describes different types and classes of visual impairment, defines elements for obstacle free movement in outer lots of the terminal. This thesis also discusses the legal scope- legislation, laws and regulations dealing with this topic. In the main part this thesis the text analyzes the traffic hub between the airport and the means of public transport. Then you will find possible solutions and improvements, which are in accordance with the legislation and everything is portrayed in mechanical drawings. The analysis and the portrayed improvements are given for the outer lots of the passenger terminal.
