Monitorování procesu vrtání

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat problematiku monitorování procesu vrtání děr malých průměrů. V teoretické části práce je popsána potřeba nasazení monitorovacích technik v praxi a jejich výhody. Dále práce obsahuje stručný přehled monitorovacích technik a jejich popis. V praktické části práce je navržen experiment, který ověřuje použitelnost zvolené techniky monitorování v konkrétní aplikaci. Práce je zakončena popisem průběhu experimentu, vyhodnocením získaných dat a jejich závěrečnou diskuzí.

This thesis is aimed on the issue of a monitoring of the drilling process of small diameter holes. The preface part of this thesis describes the need for deployment of monitoring techniques in industry and its benefits. Further part contains a brief overview of the monitoring techniques and their description. An experiment which validates the applicability of the chosen monitoring method in a specific case is designed in the practical part of this thesis. The thesis is concluded with a description of workflow during the experiment, the evaluation of the collected data and their final discussion.
