Návrh konstrukce maceračního mlýnu pro předúpravu lignocelulózových odpadů o výkonnosti zpracování 3 t?h-1

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukce maceračního mlýnu s výkonnosti 3 t*h-1. V teoretické části jsou vybrány a popsány některé typy mlýnu pro dezintegraci vlhké a suché vláknité biomasy. Dále je zde popsán poloprovozní macerační mlýn a jsou zde uvedeny prvotní experimenty s mletím vlhké vláknité biomasy. Další část práce se zabývá experimenty pro stanovení výkonnosti maceračního mlýnu. Následně se pojednává o scale-up a konstrukčním uspořádáním průmyslového maceračního mlýnu. V poslední části práce je uveden návrh konstrukce průmyslového maceračního mlýnu a jsou zde popsány jednotlivé dílčí části celého zařízení včetně úvah, které vedly ke zvolenému řešení daného konstrukčního problému.

This thesis describes the design of the structure of a retting mill with the productivity of 3 t*h-1. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are chosen and described some types of the mill for disintegration of a wet and dry fibrous biomass. Further there is described a pilot plant retting mill and there are also given initial experiments with milling of a wet fibrous biomass. Next part of the thesis deals with the experiments for determine a productivity of the maceration mill. Subsequently it discusses about the scale-up and the design of the maceration industrial mill. The last part is given to the structural design of the industrial maceration mill. There are described the individual parts of the entire plant, including the considerations which led to the chosen solution of the constructional arrangement.
