Experimentální část se věnuje správnému nastavení použitého laserového zařízení a následnému experimentu, jež spočívá v laserovém mikroobrábění povrchu testovacích dílců s různými typy polarizace. This diploma thesis is focused on laser micromachining of general surfaces using different types of polarization. It aims to investigate the effect of different types of polarization on the micromachining process in terms of reliability, repeatability and process efficiency. At the beginning of the theoretical part of the thesis, the laser principle and the interaction of the laser beam with the material is briefly described. The next part of the thesis focuses on the description of the application of laser micromachining in practice and possible ways of micromachining of general surfaces. The experimental part is devoted to the correct setting of used laser equipment and the subsequent experiment, which consists of laser micromachining of the surface of the test parts with different types of polarization.
