3D scanner

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením stolního bezkontaktního 3D skeneru a řídicího programu v MATLAB pro skenování malých objektů. V teoretické části se popisují základní metody 3D skenovaní a jejich vlastnosti. Podrobněji je věnovaná technologie laserové triangulace, protože tato metoda se používá v zařízení. Praktická část obsahuje návrh mechaniky a montáž komponent skeneru a také realizaci řídicího programu na zpracovaní obrazů z webkamery. Na konci práce jsou uvedeny výsledky experimentálního ověření navrženého 3D skeneru na několika objektech.

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a 3D scanner and control program in MATLAB for scanning small objects. The theoretical part describes the basic methods of 3D scanning and their properties. The laser triangulation technology is discussed in detail, as this method is used in the device. The practical part includes the design of the mechanics and assembly of the scanner components and the implementation of the control program for processing images from the webcam. At the end of the thesis, the results of experimental verification of the designed 3D scanner on several objects are presented.
