Problematika výběrových řízení v praxi středně velké stavební firmy v ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výběrových řízení v praxi středně velké stavební firmy v České republice. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy související s výběrovými řízeními a přehled současných právních předpisů v této oblasti. Dále jsou shrnuty metody řízení výběrových řízení, analyzovány veřejné zakázky na stavební práce v ČR a představeny metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. V praktické části práce je představen a analyzován konkrétní reprezentant z pohledu účasti a organizace výběrových řízení. Na základě vytvořeného dotazníkového šetření je provedena analýza názoru odborné i neodborné veřejnosti na problematiku zadávání veřejných zakázek hlavně na stavební práce.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of tenders in the practice of a medium-sized construction company in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms related to tenders and an overview of the current legal regulation in this area. Then, the methods of tendering procedures are summarized, public procurement of construction works in the Czech Republic is analyzed and methods of multi-criteria decision making are presented. In the practical part of the thesis, a specific representative is introduced and analysed in terms of participation and organisation of tenders. On the basis of a questionnaire survey, the opinion of the professional and non-professional public on the issue of public procurement mainly for civil engineering works is analysed.
