Abstract

Předdiplomní projekt a diplomová práce se zabývají územím v blízkosti Thomayerovy nemocnice na Praze 4 - Krči. Tématem samotné diplomové práce je studie souboru staveb a veřejného prostranství navazujícího na navrhovanou stanici linky metra D - Nemocnice Krč. Řešené území má potenciál stát se novým dopravním uzlem a rozrůstající se lokalitou k bydlení. Z hlediska funkcí je lokalita v návrhu rozdělena na 2 části. První je administrativní a obchodní část s náměstím a vestibulem stanice metra, druhá část je tvořena blokovou zástavbou bytových domů. Součástí diplomové práce je detailnější studie náměstí a parteru budov kolem náměstí, včetně výběru mobiliáře, dlažeb a zeleně. Částečně je také řešena technická, zelená a dopravní infrastruktura.

The pre-diploma project and the diploma thesis deal with the area near the Thomayer Hospital in Prague 4 - Krč. The topic of the diploma thesis itself is the study of a set of buildings and public space adjacent to the proposed metro line station D - Nemocnice Krč. The planned area has the potential to become a new transport hub and a growing residential area. In terms of functions, the location is divided into 2 parts. The first is the administrative and commercial part with the square and vestibule of the metro station, the second part is made up of blocks of apartment buildings. Part of the thesis is a more detailed study of the square and the ground floor of the buildings around the square, including the selection of furniture, paving and greenery. The technical infrastructure, green infrastructure and transport is also partially solved.
