Stavebně technologický projekt – Rezidence Nová Zavadilka Jaroměř

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického postupu výstavby bytového domu v Jaroměři. Diplomová práce obsahuje posouzení úplnosti a správnosti předané projektové dokumentace, vypracování prostorové, technologické a časové struktury. Součástí je také návrh zařízení staveniště pro čtyři fáze výstavby, technologický postup pro vrtání pilot, technologický postup pro výplně otvorů a doprovodnou technickou zprávu. Cílem této diplomové práce je navržení optimálního řešení výstavby bytového domu v plynulé časové posloupnosti a optimálním nasazení pracovníků a strojů.

The main topic of this diploma thesis is the design of the construction procedure of an apartment building in Jaromer city from a construction technology point of view. In the beginning, the diploma project assesses the completeness and accuracy of the design documentation of the apartment building. Preparation special, technological and time structure follow. The main part of the diploma project deals with the design of the building site facilities for four stages of the construction, the technological process of windows and doors and a detailed technical report. The main goal of the diploma project is the design the optimal solution for the construction of an apartment building in continuous time flow and efficient use of machines and workers.
