Vliv informovanosti na proces přípravy cestujících na bezpečnostní kontrolu

Abstract

Letisková bezpečnostná kontrola je komplexným súborom viacerých procesov. S rastúcim dopytom po leteckej doprave sa zvyšujú nároky na úroveň zaisťovanej bezpečnosti a komfort cestujúcich, s čím je spojené zvyšovanie efektivity týchto procesov. Toto zvýšenie je možné dosiahnuť okrem iného aj zvýšením informovanosti cestujúcich. Táto práca sa zaoberá analýzou informácií dostupných cestujúcim a metódami ich doručenia cestujúcim. Na základe merania v prevádzke letiska bola vyhodnotená miera informovanosti cestujúcich a najčastejšie zdroje informácií. Následne boli navrhnuté úpravy, ktoré ak by boli implementované, cestujúcim by boli doručené potrebné informácie vo vhodnom čase, čím by bolo dosiahnuté efektívnejšieho a rýchlejšieho procesu odbavenia. So zvýšením hodinovej priepustnosti stanoviska bezpečnostnej kontroly by navyše mohla ešte stúpnuť spokojnosť cestujúcich, ktorá má priamy i nepriamy dopad na generovanie zisku letiska.

Airport security control is a complex set of various processes. With a growing demand for air transport, the level requirements for the security and comfort of passengers are increasing, which is connected to the increasing efficiency of these processes. This improvement can be achieved by increasing passenger awareness, among other things. This thesis deals with the analysis of information available to passengers and the methods of its delivery. Based on the measurement of airport operation, the passenger level of awareness and the most common sources of information were evaluated. Subsequently, adjustments were proposed, which if implemented, would deliver the necessary information to passengers in the appropriate time, which would result in a more effective and faster security clearance process. Increasing the throughput of the security control point would potentially increase passenger satisfaction, which has both direct and indirect impacts on airport profit generation.
