Prevence vzniku karpálního tunelu u hráčů počítačových her

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáváním léčebných metod za účelem prevence vzniku karpálního tunelu u hráčů počítačových her. Záměrem práce je podat teoretické informace vztahující se k tomuto onemocnění a subjektivně i objektivně vyhodnotit efekt účinnosti terapie u první skupiny a druhé skupiny probandů. V teoretické části se pojednává o anatomii, kinetice, kinematice a biomechanice zápěstí. V rámci komplexního pohledu na problematiku jsou zde uvedeny kapitoly o funkci ruky, úchopu, a ergonomii. Primární část teoretické kapitoly tvoří souhrnné informace o syndromu karpálního tunelu. Konkrétně definice tohoto onemocnění, jeho stručná historie, etiologie, patofyziologie, klinický obraz, diagnostika a vyšetření, možnosti konzervativní terapie a krátce i možnosti operativní terapie. V kapitole metodika jsou popsány vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy využité při vstupních vyšetřeních, jednotlivých cvičebních jednotkách a při výstupních vyšetřeních. Speciální část zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření a popis jednotlivých terapií u deseti probandů, kteří jsou náhodně rozděleni do dvou skupin podle zvolené metody terapie. Ve výsledcích jsou porovnávány data ze vstupních a výstupních vyšetření probandů. Na základě efektu terapií je určena účinnější fyzioterapeutická metoda pro prevenci karpálního tunelu.

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of treatment methods with the purpose to prevent the formation of carpal tunnel in computer gamers. The aim of this thesis is to provide theoretical information related to this disease and to subjectively evaluate the efficiency of the therapy with the first and the second group of probands. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy, kinetics, kinematics, and biomechanics of the wrist. As part of a comprehensive view of the issue, there are chapters on hand function, grip, and ergonomics stated here. The primary part of the theoretical chapter consists of summary information about carpal tunnel syndrome. Specifically, the definition of this disease, it´s brief history, etiology, pathophysiology, clinical picture, diagnostics and examination, possibilities of conservative therapy and briefly also the possibilities of operative therapy. The methodology chapter describes the examination methods and therapeutic procedures used in the initial examinations, individual exercise units, and output examinations. The special part includes an initial examination and description of individual therapies for ten probands, who are randomly divided into two groups according to the chosen method of therapy. The results compare data from the input and output examinations of probands. Based on the effect of therapies, a more efficient physiotherapy method for the prevention of carpal tunnel is appointed.
