Komparace dezinfekčních prostředků proti Covid-19 použitých pro dezinfekci prostor silami a prostředky HZS ČR v nouzovém stavu v ČR v letech 2020-2021

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je komparace dezinfekčních prostředků proti onemocnění Covid-19, které byly používány silami a prostředky Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR pro dezinfekci prostor během nouzového stavu v letech 2020-2021 v České republice. Teoretická část pojednává o možnostech vybraných dezinfekčních prostředků a jejich teoretické účinnosti pro použití ve velkých prostorech. Rovněž je zde popsáno onemocnění Covid-19, počátky pandemie, její vývoj i na území České republiky včetně výčtu některých vyhlášených krizových opatření. Závěr teoretické části je věnován vzniku a popisu činnosti specifického Covid-teamu vzniklého pod záštitou HZS ČR. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu uvolněné části výzkumného materiálu, který vznikl v letech 2020-2021 na základě praktických zkoušek v terénu v Technickém ústavu požární ochrany Praha. Data z těchto zkoušek jsou následně komparována za účelem vybrání nejúčinnějšího dezinfekčního zařízení a dezinfekčního prostředku, který je podrobně chemicky popsán. Výsledkem je metodické doporučení pro použití dezinfekce velkých prostor. Na základě retrospektivní analýzy praktických zásahů členů Covid-teamu a výsledků z nezávisle provedených testů je metodou multikriteriální analýzy zkoumána a hodnocena efektivnost a účinnost dezinfekčních prostředků, které byly během zásahů používány. Jednotlivá kritéria analýzy zohledňují jak laboratorně prokázanou virucidní účinnost proti onemocnění Covid-19, ale i praktickou zkušenost příslušníků jednotek požární ochrany s dezinfekčními přípravky, příslušnou celkovou náročnost manipulace, dobu aplikace, dobu expozice a patřičné kompatibilní dekontaminační zařízení.

The diploma thesis addresses the comparison of disinfectants against Covid-19 disease that have been used by forces and means of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic for disinfection of premises during the emergency in the years 2020-2021 in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the possibilities of selected disinfectants and their theoretical effectiveness when used in large areas. It also describes the Covid-19 disease, the origins of the pandemic and its development in the Czech Republic including a list of some of the declared crisis measures. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the creation and description of the activities of Covid-team created under the auspices of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic The practical part focuses on the analysis of the released part of the research material that was produced between 2020 and 2021 based on practical field trials at the Technical Institute of Fire Protection in Prague. The data from these tests are subsequently compared in order to select the most effective disinfection equipment and a disinfectant, which is described in detail chemically. This results in a methodological recommendation for the use of large area disinfection. On the basis of a retrospective analysis of practical interventions by Covid-team members and results from independently conducted tests, the effectiveness and efficiency of the disinfectants used during the interventions are examined and evaluated by means of a multi-criteria analysis. The individual criteria of the analysis take into account the laboratory proven virucidal efficacy against Covid-19, but also the practical experience of the firefighters with the disinfectants, the overall handling requirements, the time of application, the duration of exposure and appropriate compatible decontamination equipment.
