We study the spectrum of a specific class of Schrodinger operators on E (Z) and compare it with its continuous analogue. The potential is dependant on a single complex parameter a, therefore, the operator is generally non-self-adjoint. Finding the resolvent is formally achieved by using the Green Kernel Theorem, though the operator in question is non-self-adjoint. The proposition of the theorem was proven for our case without the self-adjointness assumption. The spectrum and its parts were identified for any aforementioned complex parameter. Utilizing the Birman — Schwinger principle we have obtained spectral enclosures of the operator, which had been perturbed by an E potential.
