Laboratorní tenkovrstvý fotobioreaktor.

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou tenkovrstvé fotobioreaktory, čemuž je věnovaná rešeršní a praktická část práce. Dále je v této práci definován pojem mikrořasy, jejich vlastnosti, kultivační požadavky, základní druhy, zpracování a použití. Také jsou v této práci popsány základní druhy fotobioreaktorů. Praktická část se věnuje procesnímu výpočtu Taylor-Couettova proudění v navrhovaném laboratorním měřítku tenkovrstvého fotobioreaktoru, a také samotnému návrhu a teoretické konstrukci zmíněného fotobioreaktoru.

The main theme of this bachelor’s thesis are thin-layer photobioreactors, which is the subject of theoretical part of the study and practical part of the thesis. Furthermore, the thesis defines the concept of microalgae, their properties, cultivation requirements, basic species, processing and the use. Basic types of the photobioreactors are also described in this thesis. The practical part is based around the process calculation of Taylor-Couett flow in the proposed laboratory scale of the thin-layer photobioreactor, as well as to the actual design and theoretical construction of the said photobioreactor.
