Identifikace plýtvání a možnosti eliminace plýtvání ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou identifikace plýtvání a možností jeho eliminace ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je popsat vybrané podnikové procesy, odhalit dílčí typy plýtvání a předložit návrhy na jejich odstranění. První část je věnována teoretickým východiskům současného pojetí plýtvání a seznámení s nástroji štíhlé výroby a metodologie Kaizen. V rámci praktické části bylo použito těchto metod v provozu společnosti MT TAPES s.r.o. a na jejich základě byla navržena doporučení na zlepšení.

Submitted bachelor thesis deals with the issue of waste identification and the possibility of waste elimination in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to describe selected manufacturing processes, identify partial types of waste and to submit proposals for their elimination. The first part is devoted to the theoretical basis of the contemporary approaches to waste and introduction to Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen Methodology. In the practical part these methods were used in the business operation of MT TAPES s.r.o. and based on them, recommendations for improvement were proposed.
