Problematika azbestu při rekonstrukcích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou azbestu, a to konkrétně na příkladu modernizace obvodového pláště realizovaného z boletických panelů. Cílem práce je shrnout teoretická fakta o azbestu, zmapovat platnou legislativu, zabývající se likvidací a nakládáním s azbestem, posouzení 2 variant provedení modernizace z technologického hlediska a hrubým odhadem nákladů realizace obou variant. V teoretické části jsou popsány fyzikální vlastnosti azbestu, jeho zatřídění, využití a negativní vlivy a důsledky způsobené vystavení expozici azbestových vláken. Dále je analyzována platná legislativa, zabývající se azbestovou problematikou. V praktické části na vybraném objektu posuzuji 2 možné přístupy k modernizaci boletického opláštění. 1. varianta počítá s ponecháním azbestocementové desky součástí skladby obvodového pláště a přidáním tepelně-izolačního panelu. 2. varianta předpokládá kompletní demontáž boletického opláštění, včetně sanace azbestocementové desky v uzavřeném kontrolovaném pásmu. Pro obě varianty je zpracován technologický postup a odhad ceny realizace metodou poptávky u specializovaných firem.

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of asbestos, specifically in the case of modernizing perimeter cladding made of boletic panels. The purpose of this work is to summarize the theoretical facts about asbestos, to map the current legislation dealing with the disposal and management of asbestos, the assessment of two variations of modernization from a technological point of view, and a rough estimate of the implementation costs of both variants. The theoretical section describes the physical properties of asbestos, its classification, use, and the negative effects and consequences caused by exposure to asbestos fibers. Furthermore, valid legislation dealing with asbestos issues is analyzed. In the practical section, I assess 2 possible approaches to the modernization of boletic cladding on the selected building. Option 1 envisages leaving the asbestos-cement board as part of the perimeter cladding and adding a thermal insulation panel. Option 2 assumes the complete removal of the boletic cladding, including the remediation of the asbestos-cement board in a closed, controlled environment. elaborated. For the implementation of both variations, a technical procedure and a price estimate, obtained from specialized companies via a request for proposal, are included.
