Stavebně technologický projekt - Centrum sociálních služeb "Pod Brankou", Kolín

Abstract

Autor této práce se bude věnovat vypracování stavebně technologického projektu budovy pro sociální služby ve městě Kolín. Zprvu se zaměřuje na posouzení správnosti a úplnosti předané projektové dokumentace. Poté se zabývá řešením prostorové, technologické a časové struktury. Autor uvádí technologický normál, časoprostorový graf, časový harmonogram, schéma postupu výstavby, graf nasazení pracovníků a strojů, graf potřeby materiálů a financí, návrh zdvihacího prostředku, výkresy zařízení staveniště pro čtyři etapy výstavby, technickou zprávu zařízení staveniště a dva technologické postupy vybraných prací. Cílem autora je navrhnout ideální postup výstavby s optimálním využitím pracovníků a strojů.

The author of this work will focus on the development of a construction technology project of a building for social services in the city of Kolín. First, it focuses on assessing the accuracy and completeness of the submitted project documentation. Then it deals with the solution of spatial, technological and temporal structure. The author presents the technological standard, spatio-temporal graph, time schedule, construction process diagram, staff and machine deployment graph, material and finance requirements graph, lifting equipment design, site equipment drawings for four stages of construction, technical report of construction equipment and two technological procedures of selected works. The aim of the author is to design an ideal construction procedure with optimal use of workers and machines.
