Betonové stínidlo: návrh a možnosti výroby v domácích podmínkách

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout a vyrobit betonové stínidlo v domácích podmínkách. Po prozkoumání problematiky využití betonu k dekorativním účelům byla navržena jeho podoba a sestaveno schéma pracovního postupu. Ten byl optimalizován tak, aby bylo dosaženo co nejlepších výsledků za použití běžně dostupných materiálů i nástrojů. Pro potřeby výroby stínidla byla zhotovena dvoudílná sádrová forma, na kterou byla nanesena povrchová úprava v podobě vrstvy zubařského vosku. Součástí výrobního postupu byl i návrh dvou odlišných receptur směsi vláknobetonu respektující všechny požadavky na způsob betonáže a hotový výrobek. V jedné z receptur byla část plniva nahrazena vylehčeným kamenivem Poraver (Dennert Poraver, Německo). Po betonáži byla hmotnost výrobků z obou směsí porovnána. Při použití směsi s vylehčeným kamenivem došlo k úspoře hmotnosti stínidla a bylo vyhodnoceno, že nižší hmotnost výrobku je výhodnější z hlediska manipulace i menšího namáhání jeho závěsu. Diplomová práce poskytuje stručný a přehledný návod na výrobu betonového stínidla v domácích podmínkách, ukazuje inovativní přístup k povrchové úpravě sádrové formy a porovnává dvě receptury vláknobetonu.

This master thesis aimed to design and manufacture a concrete lampshade at home. After researching the issue of using concrete for decorative purposes, its appearance was designed, and a workflow scheme was compiled. It has been optimized to achieve the best possible results using commonly available materials and tools. For the needs of lampshade production, a two-part plaster mould was made, on which a surface treatment in the form of a dental wax layer was applied. Part of the production process was the design of two different recipes for fibre-reinforced concrete mixture, respecting all the requirements of the concreting method. In one of the recipes, part of the filler was replaced by lightweight aggregate Poraver (Dennert Poraver, Germany). After concreting, the weight of the products from both mixtures was compared. When using a mixture with lightweight aggregate, the weight of the lampshade decreased, and it was evaluated that the lower weight of the product is more beneficial in terms of handling and less stress on its hinge. This master thesis provides a brief and detailed guide to producing a concrete lampshade at home, shows an innovative approach to plaster mould surface treatment, and compares two fibre-reinforced concrete recipes.
