Detekce překrývajících se komunit v bipartitních grafech

Abstract

Práce se zabývá modelováním komunit v grafech pomocí stochastických blokových modelů s Poissonovým rozdělením a následně detekcí komunit optimalizací těchto modelů příslušnými metodami. Speciálně se zaměřuje na detekci překrývajících se komunit v bipartitním grafu. Dále popisuje implementaci a vlastnosti metody pro detekci překrývajících se komunit v bipartitních grafech. V závěru práce je také obsaženo srovnání rozebíraných metod, jak z hlediska optimalizace účelové funkce, tak z hlediska úspěšnosti odhalení připravených komunit v náhodně generovaných grafech.

The work deals with modeling of communities in graphs using stochastic block models with Poisson distribution and subsequent detection of communities by optimizing these models by appropriate methods. It specifically focuses on the detection of overlapping communities in a bipartite graph. It also describes the implementation and properties of the method for detecting overlapping communities in bipartite graphs. The conclusion of the thesis also contains a comparison of the analyzed methods, both in terms of optimization of the purpose function and in terms of the success of detecting prepared communities in randomly generated graphs.
