Fyzioterapie jako součást komplexní rehabilitační péče u pacienta s pilocytickým astrocytomem v zadní jámě lební

Abstract

V obecné části bakalářské práce je zpracována problematika nádorového onemocnění zadní jámy lební, konkrétně pilocytického astrocytomu. Nejprve se zabývá anatomií zadní jámy lební a struktur, které jsou zde obsaženy, dále je zde uvedena symptomatologie, diagnostika, terapeutické řešení a následky léčby tohoto onkologického onemocnění. V metodické části jsou popsány konkrétní vyšetřovací metody a rehabilitační postupy, které byly při práci s pacientem přímo použity, nebo které pacient pravidelně absolvuje. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky dítěte s pilocytickým astrocytomem. Je zde popsáno vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, a rozpis a náplň absolvovaných cvičebních jednotek v průběhu 6měsíců. Je zde zhodnocen efekt terapie. Diskuse se věnuje specifikům práce s pediatrickým pacientem, problematice spolupráce s rodiči a v neposlední řadě se zde diskutují dosažené výsledky. Je zde rovněž uvedena problematika současné pandemické situace a její dopad na práci.

In the general part of this Bachelor Thesis, we look at the problematics of the tubercular disease of the posterior cranial fossa, the pilocytic astrocytoma to be exact. First, we look at the anatomy of the posterior cranial fossa and the structures that are part of this area. Further, we look at symptomatology, diagnostics, therapeutical methods and the consequences of the treatment of such oncological disease. In the methodology part, we look at concrete evaluation and rehabilitation methods that were directly used while working with the patient, or ones that the patient undergoes regularly. The special part is being processed in form of casuistry of a child with pilocytic astrocytoma. Initial and final kinesiologic evaluations as well as overview of undergone exercise units during a 6-month period are included. The effect of the therapy is being assessed as well. The discussion focuses on the specifics when working with pediatric patient, the problematics of cooperation between parents and therapists and last but not least discusses the attained results. It also focuses on the situation with the ongoing pandemic situation and its impacts on this thesis.
