Analýza pokrytí území Prahy lezeckými družstvy v rámci Hasičského záchranného soboru hlavního města Prahy

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza pokrytí území hlavního města Prahy družstvy hasičů zaměřených na provádění činností ve výšce a nad volnou hloubkou zřízených Hasičským záchranným soborem hlavního města Prahy. Která jsou využívána při zásazích v exponovaných přírodních terénech, na výškových či průmyslových zástavbách. K provádění těchto záchranných prací a činností je zapotřebí speciálního vybavení, znalostí a dovedností. Dílčí cíle této práce jsou zaměřeny na zjištění aktuálního stavu vzdělávacích kurzů a vybavenosti jednotek Hasičského záchranného sboru pro provádění činností ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou. Pro komplexnější uchopení a úvod do tématu jsou v teoretické části této práce uvedeny a popsány klíčové termíny, právní předpisy a činnosti související s prováděním činností ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou. Samotná analýza, která slouží k naplnění cílů, je součástí praktické části a je tvořena zhodnocením specifik charakteristických pro zásah ve výšce a nad volnou hloubkou na území hlavního města Prahy, přehledem přípravných kurzů pro hasiče se zaměřením na práce ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou a přehledem materiálu, který je součástí vybavení jednotek Hasičského záchranného sboru pro provádění činností ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou.

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the Coverage of the Territory of the Capital City of Prague by firefighters specialised on Rescue operations at the heights and above free dept within the Prague Fire and Rescue Service. Which are used upon the interventions within high-profile nature terrains, altitude and industrial built-up areas. To pursue these rescue operations, it is necessary to have a special equipment, knowledge and skills. The partial goals of this theses are focused on actual condition of educational courses and quality of equipment level of the Fire and Rescue service for the rescue operations at the heights and above free dept. For comprehensive overview of this theme are described key terms, judridical regulations and operations connected with operations at the heights and above the free dept, in the theoretical chapter of this theses. The analysis, which serves for evaluation of specifics typical for the operations at heights and above the free dept at the territory of the capital city of Prague, overview of the educational courses aimed on the rescue operations in heights and above free dept and overview of the material used in this operations.
