Režimová opatření u pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je revmatoidní artritida. Cílem bylo prokázat pozitivní vliv fyzioterapie na průběh onemocnění. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu základních informací o problematice nemoci. Pozornost věnuje incidenci, klinickému obrazu, průběhu a diagnostice onemocnění. Rozpracovává typické deformity viditelné na pohybovém aparátu. Jsou zde popsány možnosti léčby jak farmakologické, tak nefarmakologické. V části metodologické jsou uvedeny všechny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly využívány během terapií při vyhotovení práce. Speciální část se zabývá zpracováním vstupních a výstupních kineziologických rozborů u 10 probandů trpících onemocněním revmatoidní artritida a současně změn, které byly zaznamenány během naší spolupráce. Kineziologické rozbory sloužily k vyhotovení krátkodobých a dlouhodobých rehabilitačních plánů. Součástí kapitoly je i zpracování jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Prezentace získaných změn je shrnuta v kapitole Výsledky. Závěr práce se zabývá zhodnocením efektivity navržené terapie.

This bachelor thesis explores rheumatoid arthritis. Its aim is to demonstrate the positive effect of physiotherapy on the course of the disease. The theoretical part describes basic information about the disease. It focuses on incidence, clinical picture, course, and diagnosis of the disease. It then elaborates the typical deformities visible on the musculoskeletal system while describing the treatment options, both pharmacological and non-pharmacological. The methodological part enumerates all examination and therapeutic procedures used during the therapies while completing the thesis. The special part processes the input and output kinesiological analyses of 10 probands suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and the changes recorded during our cooperation. Kinesiological analyses were used to prepare short-term and long-term rehabilitation plans. Part of the chapter also delves into the processing of individual therapeutic units. The chapter called Results summarizes and presents the obtained changes. The conclusion deals with evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed therapy.
