Specifika poskytování ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s poruchou autistického spektra

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřování dětských pacientů s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS). V teoretické části je uvedena charakteristika poruch autistického spektra, diagnostika a možnosti terapie. Dále je zde popsána problematika při ošetřování a hospitalizaci pacienta s PAS. Tato část vychází ze studia a analýzy odborné literatury. Praktická část je věnována rozboru polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s psychology, výchovnými pracovníky a zdravotnickým personálem, kteří disponují osobní zkušeností s péčí o pacienty s PAS. Rozhovory jsou doplněny o dvě kazuistiky dětí s PAS poukazující na problematiku ošetřovatelské péče při hospitalizaci. Na základě výsledků šetření v této části byly vytvořeny zásady komunikace a přístupu k pacientům s PAS. Cílem předložené práce je porovnat postupy při ošetřovatelské péči a komunikaci s pacienty s PAS uvedené v literatuře s postupy zjištěnými na základě šetření v praktické části práce. Postupy popsané v odborné literatuře jsou tak doplněny o další specifika přístupu k pacientům s PAS, která pocházejí z konkrétních zkušeností reálné praxe.

The bachelor's thesis covers the problematic of treatment of child patients with the autism spectrum disorders (ASD). In theoretical part are introduced the characteristics of autistic spectrum disorders, diagnosis, and therapy possibilities. Furthermore, there is described the problematic of treating and hospitalisation of patients with either of the related disorders. This part is based on the study of academic literature. The practical part concerns the analysis of semi-structured interviews with psychologists, workers in educational sector and healthcare workers, because they have experience with ASD. The interviews are supplemented by two case reports of children with ASD concerning the nursing issue of hospitalisation. Based on the results of the investigation in this section, the principles of communication and approach to patients with ASD have been developed. The aim of the work presented is to compare the procedures of nursing care and communication with ASD patients specified in the literature with those identified by the observation in the practical part of the work. The results of the practical part resemble the ones described in the literature and they further complement them by other specificities of attitude toward patients with ASD.
