Fundamentální a technická analýza akciových titulů na pražské burze

Abstract

Cílem práce je analyzovat stav vybraných společností na pražské burze a posoudit, zda cena akcií odpovídá fundamentům. Snahou je dále nastínit investiční problematiku. Ve středu zájmu jsou dividendy. Tomu je také přizpůsoben výběr oceňovacího modelu. Práce začíná problematikou burz. V další části je navázáno na problematiku finančního trhu a cenných papírů. Teoretická část je zakončena popisem akciových analýz. Praktická část začíná makroekonomickou analýzou ČR. Situace v ČR je stabilní. Práce je zakončena analýzou vybraných společností, kde je stanovena vnitřní hodnota akcie. Výsledkem práce je, že obě analyzované společnosti jsou zajímavou dendovou investiční příležitostí a jejich akcie se obchodují jako podhodnocené. Práce by měla být přínosná pro dividendově zaměřené investory.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the state of selected companies listed on the Prague Stock Exchange and assess whether the share price corresponds with the fundamentals. The secondary aim is to outline investment issues. The focus is on past and future dividends paid. The work begins with a description of stock exchanges. The next part is related to the financial market and securities. The theoretical part ends with a description of stock analyzes. The practi-cal part begins with a macroeconomic analysis of the Czech Republic. The situation in the Czech Republic is stable. The work ends with an analysis of selected companies, where the intrinsic value of the share is determined. The result of the work is that both analyzed companies are interesting investment opportunities and price of their shares is currently undervalued. The work should be beneficial for dividend-oriented investors.
