Příprava kompozitních vzorků s polymerní matricí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice kompozitních materiálů s polymerní termoplastickou matricí, srovnáváme jejich výhody a nevýhody oproti dnes stále ještě rozšířenějším kompozitům s reaktoplastickou matricí. V experimentální části se zaobíráme přípravou a následnou výrobou kompozitu s polyethylenovou matricí, kde volíme dvě různé výztuže, krátká uhlíková vlákna a bavlněnou tkaninu. Na vzorcích byly provedeny materiálové zkoušky, ze kterých jsme vyhodnotili mechanické vlastnosti vyrobených kompozitů.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of composite materials with a polymeric thermoplastic matrix, we compare their advantages and disadvantages with the nowadays still increasingly widespread composites with a thermosetting matrix. In the experimental part, we deal with the preparation and subsequent production of a composite with a polyethylene matrix, where we choose two different reinforcements, short carbon fibers and cotton fabric. Material tests were performed on the samples, from which we evaluated the mechanical properties of the produced composites.
