Rozpočet objektu a informační modelování staveb (BIM)

Abstract

Práce se zabývá tvorbou rozpočtu pozemních staveb klasickým způsobem pomocí cenových soustav, automatizací tvorby rozpočtu v BIM modelu a návrhem vhodné knihovny pro tyto účely. Teoretická část práce se věnuje pojmům a zvyklostem používaných při sestavování rozpočtu, dále je zde představen BIM a jeho historie. Následuje rešerše klasifikačních systémů ve vazbě na BIM používaných v zahraničí a jejich vyhodnocení pro použití za účelem automatizace tvorby rozpočtu v tuzemském prostředí. První kapitola praktické části práce představuje proces potřebný k automatizaci tvorby rozpočtu v BIM modelu a autorem navrhovanou knihovnu vhodnou k tomuto účelu návrhem na konkrétních příkladech. V poslední části práce autor sestavuje rozpočet klasickým způsobem pomocí doplňování výkazů výměr do soupisu prací, doplněný o navrhnutý způsob kódování a porovnání s automaticky vygenerovanými výměrami.

The thesis is focused on the creation of the budget of buildings in a classical way using price systems, automation of budgeting in the BIM model, and the design of a suitable library for these purposes. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concepts and customs used in compiling the budget, there is also a presentation of BIM and its history. The following is a search of classification systems concerning BIM used abroad and their evaluation for use to automate budgeting in the domestic environment. The first chapter of the practical part of the thesis presents the process needed to automate budgeting in the BIM model and the author's proposed library suitable for this purpose by demonstrating specific examples. In the last part of the work, the author classically compiles the budget by supplementing the bill of quantities to the statement of work, supplemented by the proposed method of coding and comparison with automatically generated areas.
